1. Service Description

BidBrief is a subscription-based research and opportunity intelligence service that monitors public-sector procurement sources and provides profile-matched opportunity briefs to subscribers. BidBrief is not a legal, accounting, procurement-consulting, bid-writing, or eligibility-determination service.

2. No Legal or Professional Advice

All information provided by BidBrief is for research and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, accounting, eligibility, certification, or bid-submission advice. Subscribers must verify all requirements, deadlines, amendments, and documents with the issuing agency before acting. BidBrief does not determine whether a subscriber is eligible for any contract, solicitation, or set-aside program.

3. No Guarantee of Awards

BidBrief does not guarantee that subscribers will win any contract or be awarded any solicitation. Opportunity matching is based on apparent alignment with the subscriber's stated profile and published information. Apparent match does not indicate likelihood of award.

4. Information Accuracy

BidBrief verifies opportunity information against official procurement sources before publication. However, procurement information can change. BidBrief labels information as PUBLISHED, NOT FOUND, UNCLEAR, or INFERRED. Inferred information is never presented as a published requirement. BidBrief does not fabricate solicitations, deadlines, values, requirements, agency names, or URLs. If information cannot be verified, BidBrief states that it is not found or unclear.

5. Coverage Limitations

BidBrief monitors a defined set of procurement sources in the metro-Atlanta area. We do not claim complete coverage of every public agency, jurisdiction, or procurement portal. The coverage list reflects currently monitored sources and may change. BidBrief advertises only sources it has verified and actively monitors.

6. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan). A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers. No payment is required during the trial period. If a subscriber cancels before the trial ends, no charge is applied. Subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Subscriber Responsibilities

Subscribers are responsible for providing accurate company profile information, verifying all opportunity details with the issuing agency, meeting all solicitation requirements, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Subscribers must not rely solely on BidBrief information for making bidding, eligibility, or business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

BidBrief's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the subscriber. BidBrief is not liable for missed deadlines, inaccurate opportunity information (when sourced from third-party procurement portals), lost contract opportunities, or any consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Privacy Policy

BidBrief collects subscriber information provided through the onboarding form and Free Contract Scan, including: company name, contact information, service area, trade, capabilities, certifications, and billing information (processed through our payment provider).

How we use your information:

• To match subscribers with relevant procurement opportunities
• To deliver opportunity digests and Bid Briefs
• To process subscription payments
• To send service-related communications
• To improve matching accuracy and coverage

Data retention: Subscriber profile data is retained while the subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted. Payment data is handled by our payment processor and is not stored on BidBrief systems.

Your rights: Subscribers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting support. BidBrief complies with GDPR and CCPA requirements regarding data subject rights.
